Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to enhance communication and academic achievement.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to ensure student success.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and educational planning discussions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Delaware SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Previous school-based experience is helpful, but not required.
