Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Castle, DE

What you’ll need to bring:

• A valid and active Delaware SLP license
• Previous experience in school settings preferred (but not required)
• Comfort with both traditional and Autism caseloads at the elementary level

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for a split caseload, addressing both traditional speech/language and autism-specific needs
• Implement evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s goals and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate records, create progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support and resources to colleagues and families as needed
