School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | New Castle, Delaware

What we’re looking for:

• Valid and active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Familiarity with serving elementary students, particularly in both traditional and autism support programs
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varied student needs and work well within multidisciplinary teams

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs
• Manage a split caseload, supporting both traditional learners and those with autism
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain all necessary documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and contribute to a positive school environment
