Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students by providing dedicated speech-language pathology services in a supportive, school-based setting. This full-time contract role starts as soon as possible and continues through June 12, 2026. You'll work onsite with an engaging elementary caseload that includes both traditional and autism support students, helping to foster communication skills that last a lifetime.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of best practices for both traditional and autism caseloads
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized therapy to diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students onsite
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to student planning and progress discussions
  • Provide support, resources, and education to teachers and families as needed
  • Adapt strategies to effectively address the needs of students with autism
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
