Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, though not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech/language needs
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration services to students and staff
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and empower families and educators with strategies and resources
• Contribute positively to school culture and student enrichment
