Qualifications/Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license for Delaware, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a school-based caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
