Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) x5 – School-Based | New Castle, DE

We are seeking five full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide on-site services across a variety of school settings for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities are available from preschool through high school, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload.

Position Overview

As a school-based SLP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility)
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
