Speech Language Pathologist | New Castle, DE

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in New Castle, Delaware for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels while making a meaningful impact on their communication success.

Job Details

• Full-time, onsite position
• August 24, 2026 through June 16, 2027
• Openings available across preschool through high school
• Caseload and school assignment determined based on experience and district needs
• Competitive hourly pay: $48 to $55 per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and other school-based meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
