Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

New Castle, DE | Full-Time | Onsite | 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is partnering with a school district in New Castle, Delaware to hire a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. If you're looking to join a collaborative team and make a difference in the lives of students, we'd love to connect with you!

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, onsite
  • August 24, 2026 through June 16, 2027
  • Opportunities available across preschool through high school
  • School placement based on your experience and district needs
  • Pay: $48 to $55 per hour
  • Weekly pay and full benefits for eligible employees

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete documentation and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other student support meetings

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license or ability to obtain licensure before the start date
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required
