Soliant is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district in New Castle, Delaware for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether you enjoy working with younger learners or older students, this opportunity offers placements across multiple grade levels in a collaborative educational environment.

Position Details

• Full-time, onsite position
• August 24, 2026 through June 16, 2027
• Opportunities available in preschool, elementary, middle, and high school
• Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs
• Competitive hourly pay: $48 to $56 per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student achievement across educational settings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience is a plus, but not required
