Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in New Castle, Delaware for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with students across a variety of age groups in a collaborative and supportive educational setting.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, onsite
• August 24, 2026 through June 16, 2027
• Openings available from Preschool through High School
• Grade level and caseload determined based on district needs and candidate experience
• Competitive pay: $50 to $58 per hour
• Weekly pay

What You'll Do

• Evaluate students with speech and language disorders
• Provide individualized speech-language therapy services
• Develop and monitor IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience is preferred, but not required
