Position Overview

  • Full-time, onsite
  • August 24, 2026 through June 16, 2027
  • Openings available across Preschool through High School
  • School placement based on district needs and candidate preference when possible
  • Pay: $50 to $57 per hour
  • Weekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license or ability to obtain before the start date
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
