A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed to support an elementary school setting in New Castle, Indiana. This contract role spans the current school year and serves a caseload of approximately 83 students at Grissom Elementary.
Location:
- Elementary school within a special education cooperative serving Delaware and Blackford counties in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all regulatory and district requirements.
Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification.
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Prefer in-person services to foster direct support for students.
