Speech Language Pathologist in New Concord, OH

Step into a rewarding role supporting preschoolers and school-age children as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time opportunity runs through the end of May, with hours from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, five days per week. You’ll play an essential role in helping young learners build confidence in their communication skills, serving a caseload of approximately 30 students in a supportive school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Previous school-based SLP experience is beneficial
• Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
• Comfort working primarily with preschoolers, with some interaction with school-age students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy services—individually and in groups—addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care for each child
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation requirements
• Maintain organized records and comply with all educational guidelines
