Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | New Concord, Ohio

We’re seeking three full-time SLPs, including at least one Clinical Fellow (CFY), to deliver engaging pediatric services.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Previous experience with pediatric populations or in school settings is highly valued
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered practice

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy for students
• Conduct ongoing speech-language screenings and comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate student records, including progress and data collection
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Attend staff meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
