Make a real impact supporting students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school setting near New Franken, WI. Bring your expertise in speech and language therapy to help children and adolescents achieve their fullest educational potential. Your role will be essential in empowering students through individualized assessment and intervention strategies.

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current licensure as an SLP in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also welcome for consideration
  • Experience with school-aged children (preferred, not required)
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Adaptability to a diverse caseload and collaborative team environment
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive and inclusive services

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students’ academic successes
  • Offer guidance to classroom staff and families regarding communication strategies and supports
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the speech-language field
