School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | New Franken, Wisconsin

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license to practice in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative teamwork
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements in the field
