This role is based in a residential facility, focusing on students with severe needs, functional communication goals, and AAC device support. Service hours are primarily after school, between 2:30 and 5:00 PM, providing unique flexibility for your workday.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license, or willingness to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to supporting students with complex communication needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to varied grade levels
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, specialists, and families
