Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual students’ needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Partner with classroom teachers to integrate therapy goals into daily instruction
• Communicate regularly with caregivers on student progress and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, data reviews, and ongoing professional development
