Based near New Haven, CT, this contract position offers the chance to work closely with students in pre-K through 8th grade, making a direct and positive impact on their communication and learning journeys.

Candidates must hold ASHA certification or be completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF), and should be ready to work full-time (37.5 hours per week, with a max of 7.5 hours each day). The assignment spans one to two school sites, allowing you to build strong relationships with both students and staff alike. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Deliver therapy to students with diverse needs from pre-K to 8th grade
  • Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and regularly monitor progress
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support professionals
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings as needed for student planning
