Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
