Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students
  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document student progress and maintain thorough, compliant records
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
