Apply NowA contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school setting in New Haven, CT. This role focuses on serving students primarily at the high school level, offering a valuable chance to apply specialized skills in speech and language therapy within an educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with students across grade levels, especially Grades 9-12.
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in school-aged children.
- Ability to manage a high school caseload and develop individualized therapy plans.
Location:
- New Haven, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services approximately 8 hours per week.
- Manage a caseload primarily composed of high school students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Deliver therapy from August 31, 2026, through June 14, 2027.
