Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- State licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with local and federal guidelines
