You'll work with diverse caseloads, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally spanning elementary to high school levels.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to varying learning styles and abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Conduct assessments and participate in the IEP process for assigned students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into daily classroom routines.
• Offer support, strategies, and resources to faculty and caregivers to maximize student progress.
