Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students K–12
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective support strategies
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support school-wide initiatives for communication improvement and inclusion
