Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or CFY status eligible; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students as part of their educational plans
  • Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify communication challenges and develop intervention strategies
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
