Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or CFY status eligible; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Familiarity with school-based therapy models and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students as part of their educational plans
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify communication challenges and develop intervention strategies
- Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with state and district requirements
