School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Haven, Indiana

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Passion for working with K-12 students, tailoring strategies to a diverse caseload
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based service delivery is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessment, therapy, and interventions to students in a K-12 district
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings
