Desired Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Pennsylvania Educator Certification
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP preferred
• Completion or pursuit of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcome
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and adolescents in educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students’ goals are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Provide consultation and resources for staff on communication strategies and interventions
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
