Desired Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Pennsylvania Educator Certification
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP preferred
- Completion or pursuit of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students’ goals are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide consultation and resources for staff on communication strategies and interventions
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
