Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop effective IEP goals and provide progress updates

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for eligible students within the ESY program
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress and address concerns
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, attendance, and student progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, providing insight and input for team-based decision making
  • Adapt intervention techniques to meet each child’s unique needs and ensure full participation in the ESY program
