Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage varied caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Passion for supporting student development in a school setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to support student needs
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique challenges and strengths
- Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in professional development as needed
