Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage varied caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Passion for supporting student development in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other school professionals to support student needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique challenges and strengths
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in professional development as needed
