Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ communication development across elementary and intermediate grade levels for a full school year. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to utilize your expertise in speech-language pathology to make a lasting impact within a supportive school environment near New Lenox, IL.

With two dynamic caseloads available—one at the elementary level (K-3, approximately 49 students) and another covering upper elementary to middle grades (4-8, approximately 53 students)—you'll have the unique chance to collaborate with educators and families, fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms, in-person, or blended service models
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to teamwork and student progress

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Provide both onsite and virtual interventions as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and student support teams
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and implement evidence-based practices
