Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school setting, especially with preschoolers, highly valued
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Birth to Three evaluations is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 20 preschool-aged students
  • Perform Birth to Three evaluations as needed, adapting to varying student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Start your workday between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and end by 3:00 to 3:30 PM, working 30 hours per week
