Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred or in progress
• Experience in pediatric and educational settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy as well as in-person
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and state requirements
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions
• Utilize a variety of therapy strategies, including in-person and teletherapy, to meet diverse student needs
• Provide support and guidance for students in achieving their communication and social objectives
