Key Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, families, and support teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy—both onsite and virtually—to support diverse student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communication development
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and help foster an inclusive educational environment
