Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) in Connecticut
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience or interest in pediatric therapy (school-based and/or healthcare settings)
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to diverse pediatric caseloads
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver services in-person and/or virtually as needed
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
