Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations as an integral member of IEP teams
- Supervise up to two full-time equivalent SLPAs in the part-time position, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Conduct 30-day reviews for paraeducators performing Medicaid-reimbursable services
- Provide direct speech and language services as needed, adhering to assigned hours
- Foster ongoing collaboration with educators, families, and related service professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license to practice in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and demonstrated experience with school-based SLP services
- Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs, and experience supervising SLPAs
- Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and communication within school settings
Position Details:
- Two positions: one full-time for the full school year, one part-time (up to 20 hours/month for supervision and service provision)
- All work must be completed on-site at schools in Claremont, New Hampshire
- Travel reimbursement provided according to IRS mileage rates for necessary commutes to and from Claremont
