Key Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience working in school settings, especially elementary level, preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student communication needs
  • Create engaging, individualized therapy plans adjusted to each student's unique requirements
  • Maintain thorough records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Rotate across assigned elementary school locations within the district
