Speech Language Pathologist in New Market, MD

Your workday will run from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., providing consistent hours while collaborating closely with dedicated educators and families.

Ideal Background and Qualifications:

• Current Maryland State SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth and engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate goals based on evaluations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and documentation
• Work alongside teachers and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication with families and staff
• Develop creative activities tailored to individual student needs
