Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student success
- Provide direct therapy and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and schoolwide initiatives
