Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Maryland
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student success
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
