School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Orleans, Louisiana

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required
• Active or eligible state licensure in Louisiana is essential
• Preference for candidates holding ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school environments and comfort with varied student populations is beneficial
• Ability to satisfy district-specific credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to students as assigned
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
• Maintain documentation and prepare progress reports according to school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as required
• Travel may be necessary between more than one campus; specific school assignments and caseload details will be finalized prior to onboarding
