You'll play an essential part in fostering communication skills, collaborating with educators, and supporting diverse learners across one or more school sites.
The assignment runs from August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, following the local academic calendar. Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday full-time schedule, with 35 hours weekly and a predictable routine designed for work-life balance. Specific school assignments and caseload details will be determined based on district needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience appreciated
- Ability to successfully complete required drug screening and fingerprinting for district and agency credentialing
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure student progress
- Adapt services and materials to support varying age groups and educational settings
