Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience delivering services in school settings, supporting Grades K-12
- Comfort with both individual and small group therapy, including 1:1 scenarios
- Strong communication, record-keeping, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for students across grade levels
- Track progress, document sessions, and communicate results to teachers and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
