Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience delivering services in school settings, supporting Grades K-12
• Comfort with both individual and small group therapy, including 1:1 scenarios
• Strong communication, record-keeping, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for students across grade levels
• Track progress, document sessions, and communicate results to teachers and families
