Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience supporting students in grades K-12
  • Skill in planning and implementing effective 1:1 interventions
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Deliver 1:1 speech and language therapy sessions that are tailored to each student’s unique goals
  • Monitor and document progress, providing updates and recommendations to educational teams and families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to enhance student outcomes
  • Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that empowers students to thrive
