You’ll work full-time (37.5 hours/week) in an onsite, collaborative K-5 environment, providing services to a caseload of 50-60 elementary students. This position is perfect for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows, offering mentorship and hands-on experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Louisiana state licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech/language assessments and develop IEPs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
