This rewarding opportunity involves working directly with preschool students (ages 3-5) who require special education services. As part of an itinerant team, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to promote each child’s communication growth, all within a supportive environment equipped with the materials and resources you need.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (must be submitted with resume)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); strong Clinical Fellows considered*
  • Previous experience in school-based settings, preschool programs, or special education preferred
  • Passion for nurturing early childhood communication and language skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability for travel across sites in the area
  • Excellent organization skills for managing caseload and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students with a variety of needs
  • Conduct individualized student assessments and develop tailored educational plans
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on program improvement
  • Take advantage of dedicated weekly paperwork time to stay organized
