Step into an impactful contract role supporting students’ communication needs across several school settings near New Oxford, PA. Four onsite speech-language pathologists are needed across elementary, middle, secondary, and specialized education environments, providing services from August 2026 through May 2027 (35 hours per week). This highly collaborative opportunity allows you to work directly with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams, making a true difference in educational outcomes.
Available positions include:
- Elementary SLP: Full-time, working in Autistic Support with a caseload of 45 (Dover). Focus is on AAC, no case management.
- Middle Grades SLP: Full-time, grades 4–8, serving students in regular education, learning support, life skills, and Autistic Support (New Oxford). Mixed responsibilities: related services and some case management.
- Complex Needs SLP: Full-time, single building serving students with AAC needs in collaboration with OTs, PTs, and sensory specialists. Caseload of 45 (York Learning Center). No case management.
- Secondary SLP: Full-time or part-time, focusing on transition planning and building real-life skills in high schoolers (York Tech). Caseload 55 full-time or 30 part-time.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid PA Speech-Language Pathology and Teaching Certificates (attach with your resume)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA credentials; CFs accepted (if agency provides $2,000 supervision fee)
- Commitment to onsite, in-person services only
- Collaboration skills for teaming with OT, PT, and sensory support professionals
- Experience with AAC, transition planning, case management, and/or specialized supports is highly valued
