Join a vibrant educational community supporting students across three dynamic settings near New Oxford, PA. Four on-site Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming academic year, each playing an integral role in diverse school environments. Collaborate with an inclusive Special Education team and impact student growth from August 2026 through May 2027.

Positions are available at elementary, middle, and high school levels, with opportunities to work with students in autistic support, regular and life skills education, and complex needs programs. Each assignment offers the chance to make a tangible difference in communication and real-life skill development for children and young adults.

Candidates who hold Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (CCC or CF) and current Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certifications are encouraged to apply. Supervision for Clinical Fellows is supported, and SLPAs will be considered. Please note: only in-person applicants will be accepted for these roles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (include with resume)
  • SLP-CCC or CF credentials; SLPAs may be considered
  • Experience with AAC devices and complex communication needs is highly valued
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with a range of student populations (elementary, middle, or secondary)
  • Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services within a school setting
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams with Special Education and related service professionals (OT, PT, hearing/vision)
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
  • Develop IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed, depending on assignment
  • Adapt sessions and strategies to meet diverse student needs
