Four dedicated onsite SLPs are needed to support Early Intervention and K-12 students across two locations. This is a contract role focused entirely on in-person collaboration and hands-on impact—no virtual responsibilities at this time.

This fulfilling position is perfect for professionals certified in Pennsylvania with their teaching certificate in hand, offering a variety of caseloads and meaningful connections with students, educators, and families. Recent graduates in their Clinical Fellowship year are encouraged to apply if they have secured a qualified supervisor.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist certification and teaching certification required before starting.
  • Experience or genuine interest in serving elementary-aged students and/or ages 3-5 with special education needs.
  • Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows are welcome with supervisor arrangements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, school-based environment.
  • Commitment to providing direct, in-person services—no virtual roles available for these assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy across two buildings to caseloads of 50-55 elementary students, including some case management (Roles A and C).
  • Provide targeted services to children ages 3-5 with special education needs, with dedicated paperwork time included in your weekly schedule (Role B).
  • Create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with educators and families, and help monitor student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student IEP meetings as needed.
