Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Associate’s/ Bachelor’s degree for SLPA
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure or eligibility; CCC or CFY welcome
- Pediatric experience, especially with ages 3-5, preferred
- Early intervention or school-based background brings additional value
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
- Passion for supporting children with special education needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services on-site, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (35 hours/week)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for young children
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports, with dedicated paperwork time allocated weekly
- Foster an engaging and supportive environment for early learners
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual learning needs
