Seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to contribute to a dynamic early intervention program working with children ages 3-5 with special education needs. This rewarding contract position runs year-round on a school calendar, starting ASAP through June 2027, with renewal opportunities. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Associate’s/ Bachelor’s degree for SLPA
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure or eligibility; CCC or CFY welcome
  • Pediatric experience, especially with ages 3-5, preferred
  • Early intervention or school-based background brings additional value
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery
  • Passion for supporting children with special education needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services on-site, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (35 hours/week)
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for young children
  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports, with dedicated paperwork time allocated weekly
  • Foster an engaging and supportive environment for early learners
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual learning needs
