Step into a rewarding contract position providing speech-language pathology services to a small student group. In this role, you’ll work closely with seven students in an educational setting, delivering expert care and support two days a week for approximately 2.5 hours each day. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted)
  • Experience with school-based and/or pediatric caseloads
  • Proficiency in teletherapy sessions is a plus
  • Background in healthcare settings related to speech-language pathology
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills for engaging with students, educators, and families
  • Organized and reliable, able to manage caseload documentation and progress monitoring
  • Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech-language therapy to a caseload of 7 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and communication
  • Deliver services either in-person or via teletherapy, as appropriate
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
  • Stay current on best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
