School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Port Richey, Florida

We are searching for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home-based services to three students enrolled in a Hospital/Homebound program. This contract role offers a unique chance to deliver essential support in a one-on-one environment, focusing on helping students overcome communication challenges right in the comfort of their homes.

You’ll have the flexibility to serve all three students in a single day, with total service and documentation hours estimated at five per week. If you’re experienced in the school setting and passionate about individualized care, your expertise can set these students up for success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFYs will also be considered
• School-based SLP experience is strongly valued
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Reliable transportation for travel to students’ homes

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to three students participating in the Hospital/Homebound program
• Complete individualized evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of assessments and session outcomes
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored for a home setting
