Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and active ASHA certification (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow status accepted)
  • Knowledge or experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to candidates of all backgrounds
  • Skill in pediatric speech pathology, including assessment and intervention
  • Teletherapy practice experience is valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse student population
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and parents
  • Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide direct therapy services both onsite and remotely, utilizing effective teletherapy tools
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
