Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and active ASHA certification (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow status accepted)
- Knowledge or experience in school-based settings preferred, but open to candidates of all backgrounds
- Skill in pediatric speech pathology, including assessment and intervention
- Teletherapy practice experience is valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and parents
- Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide direct therapy services both onsite and remotely, utilizing effective teletherapy tools
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
