Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluate students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Develop intervention plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design effective strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and required reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Educate students and staff about communication disorders and therapy processes
