Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- A collaborative spirit and passion for student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluate students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop intervention plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design effective strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and required reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate students and staff about communication disorders and therapy processes
