Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings highly desired
  • Teletherapy experience appreciated, but not required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy through in-person or virtual/teletherapy sessions as determined
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and service logs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
