Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working in pediatric, school, or educational settings.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students in groups or one-on-one settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions.
