Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students using evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate progress notes, documentation, and reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of skills in the classroom and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student needs
• Foster a positive, supportive environment to help every student reach their full potential
