We are seeking a certified Speech Language Pathologist with a demonstrated history of engaging and motivating resistant youth across grades K-12. If you are passionate about making a real impact in students’ lives, this role is tailored for you.

What we’re looking for:

• Current, valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certification to practice in school settings
• Proven experience providing services to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Background in working with at-risk or resistant youth, including effective strategies for building rapport
• Commitment to delivering IEP-mandated services with attention to individualized student needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Openness to teletherapy and/or hybrid service delivery

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement creative approaches to reach and engage students who may be resistant to intervention
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support optimal learning environments
• Adapt sessions for in-person, teletherapy, or hybrid formats as needed
