Soliant is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to support students across school districts throughout the New York City area. We are hiring for both summer programs and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with opportunities available for clinicians interested in serving a variety of student populations and grade levels.

Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour
Opportunities for assignment extension and continued employment
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment details, and district budget.
Core Functions
Assess students experiencing speech, language, and communication challenges
Provide direct and indirect therapy services based on individual student needs
Develop treatment goals and service plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and service documentation
Support compliance with educational and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
School-based experience is beneficial but not required
